GENERAL CONDITIONS

All products sold are new. Some, however, are specially aged and in order to impart a desired appearance. Any fraying of color, hue change, cracks and scratches are the result of deliberate, because such products are not subject to the complaint due to its natural appearance.

1. Shipping and handling fees

Shipping (DPD, GLS 2-3 days shipment) and no handling fees on all orders from Germany and Poland.

2. Shipping methods (DPD, GLS)

Generally all orders will be delivered by DPD or GLS. We pack items and ship them within 2 working days of receiving payment and offer shipment numbers for tracking purposes. Sometimes we also ship via EMS or UPS.

3. Shipping times

Generally we pack items and ship them within 1 working days of receiving payment and offer shipment numbers for tracking purposes, with the exception of long-term supply specified individually in the table on the product side. The package needs 2-4 working days to reach destinations in Europe.

4. Tracking number

The customer will be provided with a tracking number within 1-2 working days.

5. Cancelling orders

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours without any handling fees involved, provided that the item has not been dispatched.

6. Returns policy:

Within 14 days from the date of delivery the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal and will result in a refund within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
